Democratic Services
The Democratic Services section provides Committee Administration support to the Council and organises Elections and compiles the Electoral Register.
The Timetable for Committee Reports gives the following information:
- Deadline for reports to be with the relevant Committee Manager (having been signed off by the Chief Executive and the Director of Corporate Resources)
- Date when the agenda will be despatched
- Date of the meeting

The Forward Plan indicates when key decisions are to be made by the Executive Committee of the Council. A key decision is one which will result in the Council incurring expenditure or making savings of £50,000 or to be significant in terms of its effect on communities living or working in an area comprising two or more wards in the District.
