The Agency Workers Regulations give new entitlements to agency workers with effect from 1 October 2011. 
From 1 April 2011 LPFA will be managing the pension administration services for Hertfordshire County Council in place of SERCO.
The guidelines apply in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather conditions or during major travel / transport disruption (due to terrorist incident, industrial action, or accident)
